IVRS 2023 Chili Cook Off
We are happy to announce that Inland Valley Recovery Services’ (IVRS) 16th Annual Chili Cook-off fundraiser will be held on Friday, October 6th, 2023 in the courtyard of Upland City Hall. Our popular event will again be sponsored by the Miller Family Trust.
Proceeds from preceding years have been used to enhance IVRS’s wide range of treatment program services, including the recent completion McMillen Park, an outdoor recreation area for men and children in our residential program. We are extremely excited to have recently celebrated 60 years of service to our community. So this year’s special focus will be “Building for the Future” to support our critical infrastructure needs. We have many structural needs in our buildings such as new roofing, painting and renovations. These improvements will also support our future sustainability, for example by allowing us to transition to renewable energy sources and improving energy efficiency. Our fundraising goal for this year’s event is $100,000.
